We are seeking an energetic Marketing Coordinator to work with our team at our headquarter office in Fremont, CA.
 

Summary

The Marketing Coordinator supports and manages sales and marketing programs to help increase demand and sales of company products. The Marketing Coordinator manages a variety of projects including marketing materials creation, trade show planning and execution, sales data analysis and reporting, online marketing support and customer marketing programs.
 

Primary duties include:  

Marketing, sales and operations projects.  The successful candidate will have at least an undergraduate degree and will have experience in:       

·       Marketing and sales material creation and management
·      Trade show planning and execution
·      Sales and customer data tracking, analysis and reporting
·      Coordination and support of customer marketing programs
·      Management of online marketing projects, as assigned by VP Marketing
·      Support of sales personnel and projects
·      Provide support to the Marketing Manager on a variety of marketing projects
·      Aid the Product Manager on various product projects

Candidate Requirements

·      BA required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
·      Extremely detail oriented and good project management skills
·      Strong communication/copywriting/editing capabilities
·      Highly organized and efficient
·      Ability to work independently as well as in a team atmosphere
·      Willing to travel to trade shows, customers and events

Compensation 
Base + Bonus including health, dental, vision, 401K and stock options.
